This is a great smoothie with or without the tahini.
- serves 4-6
- 2-3 bananas
- 1 cup local fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 squirt of lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup raw tahini
- drizzle of local raw honey or (non-local, lower glycemic) agave
Fill VitaMix pitcher with the first 6 ingredients and add enough filtered water to reach the 6 or 7 cup mark. Blend on low and switch to high for a few seconds. Pour into your favorite glasses and enjoy!
