So here is a recipe with lots of photos and a video how to:
Raw Tahini and Veggie Sauce – RAW VEGAN Recipe with many possibilities

3 huge bunches of lacinato “dinosaur” kale
–WASHED, DEVEINED and TORN INTO LARGE PIECES. PUT IN BOWL AND SET ASIDE
1 jar Artisana raw tahini (16 oz)
1 very large red bell pepper
1/2 of a large sweet onion
3/4 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 – 3/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes (mini flakes)
1/2 cup coconut kefir water (can use regular water if you don’t have this)
1/2 cup coconut nectar
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP Italian seasoning
a good pinch of Celtic Sea Salt (I think I used Hawaiian salt)
–BLEND IN A HIGH SPEED BLENDER UNTIL CREAMY SMOOTH

3 HUGE bunches of lacinato kale, washed, deveined and loosely chopped (torn) into a huge pot.
Mix the sauce in with the kale. No need to massage as you would for wilted greens, this is just a folding so that the kale is covered.
now into the dehydrator it goes! I set the dehydrator at 105 degrees F and it will be in there for a day or so.
my lunch: some of the kale in a bowl with micro greens, chopped up cauliflower and avocado. YUM!
Finished altogether too quickly. Was wishing I could have used a shallow dish so I could lap it up like a puppy. 🙂
