Excalibur Dehydrator 2900 - Economy - 9 tray

When I first started in raw foods, everyone told me to get the 9-tray dehydrator. I didn't listen and I bought the 5 tray. Well, once you get into raw foods, you'll really want those extra 4 trays, believe me. I should have listened. So I'm not bothering to offer any other type but the 9 tray excalibur. It's the best. This is the one without a timer. It's wonderful - using a dehydrator is a live fooder's oven. You can make all kinds of delicious foods with this appliance.
