This is my favorite appliance ever. I use it every day and love it. I make all kinds of living smoothies and juices. Green smoothies, superfood smoothies, fruit smoothies, rich puddings, raw ice creams, creamy dressings, super pates - you name it, it can be done in the Vita-Mix. Did you know that if you keep it running for 4 minutes, it will boil whatever you have in there? It's true! Heat up soups and/or broths to the point where you can feel it hot on the outside. It's an incredible piece of engineering! The muscle cars of blenders is what I call it!
