Customized Raw Food 14-Day Challenge

Fantastic! You’re starting with a 14-day guided challenge! How it works: You sign up. I send you an email with a bunch of questions geared toward getting to know your goals for our 7 days together. I will ask various skill set/equipment questions as well as desires that you may have and also to see if there are any dietary restrictions or health challenges I should be aware of. Then I will create a one week menu for you with recipes and shopping lists as well as other things you might need or want for the week. You will also receive a couple/few videos demonstrating how to do recipes so that you can how to make things from your own home.

During the time that we are together:
Please take advantage of our time together with daily check ins. I will email you each day to see how the day is going for you. Talk to me about anything that is going on with your raw food challenge. Ask me whatever questions you have and seek out whatever information you want to find in our week together. I'll do my best to help you in whatever ways I can.
