Shipping & Returns

Please read the following policy and contact us to request a return authorization number (RA) before returning any item: sales@vt-fiddle.com or 802-223-2111

Vermont Fiddle Heads, LLC takes great care to ensure that all products are in good condition and properly packages before shipping.  Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged or in non-operating condition, you may return it to us within 10-days for an exchange. Some restrictions apply:
  • Vermont Fiddle Heads, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company.  While not required, we do encourage purchasing insurance on high value orders.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.

  • The return authorization number (RA) must appear on the outside of the returned package.

  • You must include a copy of your original invoice with your shipment.

  • All items returned for exchange must be unused and in the exact condition that the item was received and must include the manual and all originally packaged components, accessories, or otherwise included items.

  • Items received by Vermont Fiddle Heads, LLC that have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect and or other obvious physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Special orders, closeouts, and products sold "as is" cannot be returned.


Vermont Fiddle Heads, LLC reserves the rights to refuse merchandise, return the merchandise, or charge a 15% restocking fee under the following conditions:
  • Merchandise was received after the 10-day trial period without prior authorization. 10-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that Vermont Fiddle Heads, LLC receives the merchandise back at its facility.

  • The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used or scratched.

  • The merchandise shipped was improperly packaged.

  • The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.
