Hello Fiddle Heads People! Happy RAWlidays to you! This is a crazy time of year but a fun time of year. We've had lots of snow here and it's been C-O-L-D the last couple of days. I've got my layers on and I'm making lots of good food to keep our tummies full and our bodies healthy. I wish you could each come out to our cafe so's I could make you some good food. I also have more products in. My FAVORITE things - YIPPEE! I have local soaps, lotions and massage oils from Honey Bee Farms in Morrisville VT. I also have more Sea Chi skin care products. They are from Matt's hometown so they are extended local! :-) I have the most amazing meditation cards ever from 2 beautiful peeps. They are called Cloud Dancing Cards. I have BEAUTIFUL, fair trade, palm wax, aromatherapy Chakra candles that are flying off the shelves and I have Sandra Lory's Mandala Botanicals - her elixirs are so glorious - I felt they were made just for me... Everything that I sell are items that I personally use and love. That's my whole "shtick". We pride ourselves on being a "green" business (which means biodegradable/compostable packaging, among other things) and for selling local and "extended" local items! Hello Fiddle Heads People! I've lost track of how many weeks we've been open now. I went away for 2 weeks recently to do a kind of spiritual retreat where we learned a LOT and did a lot of good healing work. It's been very powerful for me - so much so that it took me a good week plus to feel like I could manage in day-to-day stuff again. It was 2 weeks on core shamanism, but that's a post for another day. Hello Good People! Week 2 of our cafe opening! It was a lovely week last week. I have a couple fun pictures below. This week the hours are a bit shorter because of the holiday at the end of the week.
