My Morning Power Packed Smoothie
Serves a lot! :-) This is so awesome to share with you. My sister-in-law this past week decided to try green smoothies so I've been having fun emailing her tips about green smoothies! She's made a green smoothie for my dad once and now her mom has asked for the recipe.
Morning Smoothie
After 6 years of experimenting with % of raw foods in my diet, it's taken me a few years to be able to have a morning smoothie. I used to have a few sugar-related issues that made it hard for me to have smoothies and not get light-headed. So now I'm able to eat AND ENJOY my morning smoothie.

Linda's Winter Ritual Smoothie
Serves 2-4 depending on how hungry you are. The winter for me is a good time to play with superfoods. When the temperature is in the minus degrees and the sun is not so bright, it's good to have these extra superfoods to supplement our meals.
Kid-friendly Green Smoothie
a green smoothie that both my kids like! by Linda Wooliever Now you have to do a bit of pre-planning here. You have to make the hazelnut ice cream and have it ready to make this smoothie. Thankfully making raw ice creams are SUPER easy and they make a big quantity so you'll have this for lots of good eatin' times.
Heart Chakra Juice
this recipe is from rawguru.com
What a cute recipe. I don't personally drink too many juices anymore nor do I take supplements since being on a raw food diet but this was just too cute to pass up. I know that many of you juice and there certainly are great reasons to juice. So enjoy!
Serves 1-2 people
1 head of kale
1 bunch of parsley
1 garlic clove
1 cucumber
1/2 head of celery
5 radishes
How to: Juice everything and love yourself!
Green Smoothie Dinner
This is what I had for dinner two nights ago. I used what I had and that is GOOD! Use what you have and what works for you. I wasn't really in the mood for anything so I thought a filling smoothie would be great. And it was!
