this morning's juice, this afternoon's smoothie
this morning's juice was very tasty
- 4-5 big leaves of kale
- 1/2 european cuke
- 2 granny smith apples
- 2 stalks celery
- 6-7 big leaves of kale
- 3 ripe peaches
- 1 cup of fresh cherries, pitted
- water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 scoops rice protein powder
- 2 TBSP vitamineral green
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
