Fun with Brian Clement, free screening of an inspiring film, farmer's markets and more...
Hello there Lovies!
We had a fantastic night with Brian Clement this past Monday, the 26th. Lots of folks showed up to ask their questions and hear the talk. I forgot my watch and heard the chiming of the clock outside as it chimed 9 pm. Brian was still talking and frankly, he was just getting started. I felt like he could have answered our questions until day break. I want to thank everyone for coming. I feel we all received (downloaded) a lot of great information to help us make good choices in our journeys towards health and vitality.
The week has flown by since the talk and I'm keeping very busy... For the next few Wednesdays, I'm making soups for a detox group in Montpelier...
The crew at Fiddle Heads are busily sewing and packaging up nut milk bags for Mr Monarch, As Seen on TV, Whole Foods, Vitamix, Amazon and Cafe Gratitude, to name a few...
We are also having fun with new recipes. I just made 2 new kinds of kale chips that are out of this world: ranch kale chips with a kick and spirulina/chlorella creamsicle kale chips. OMG! Gorgeously yummy!
EVENTS TO COME: I am doing a free film screening of Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead on Oct 17th at 5:30 pm at Hunger Mountain Coop. Sign up with them to register. This is an AMAZINGLY inspirational film (one that got us to do a 10 day juice fast back in August) - the only thing unpleasant about this film is the name. :-)
We're also scheduled to do the Montpelier Farmer's Market on Saturday, Oct 22nd and 29th. Please stop by and pick up some raw food goodies.
We're formulating some classes here so stay tuned for dates/times, etc.
Always remember to check the calendar pages for cafe hours and other fun things like workshops and classes.
Tuesday - Friday from 12 - 6 and Saturday 12 - 4.
