Hello Fiddle Heads People!

HAPPY RAWLLOWEEN! Hoping you are well and enjoying this awesome time of year.

This is a quick little newsletter. Just want to get some reminders out. I have a class coming up and if you are interested, now is the time to sign up. I usually charge $125 for this class but am charging $100 so please take advantage of the discount and come if you are interested in learning a lot of great recipes to help you get started making better food choices. Make sure you come hungry, because we eat for the whole time we are making food. Here's the details:

Please contact me if you'd like to join us in the Level 1 raw food class scheduled on Saturday, from noon until 5 pm. Cost is $100.00.
