Greetings and salutations!
NOTE: I wanted to let you know that I am going to be CLOSED on Saturday, Oct 2nd. But please come by on Tuesdays - Fridays from noon until 6 or any other Saturday from noon until 4. Be sure to check us on the web as we have lots of new products online and in the store, too.
New workshops have been scheduled. Monday October 25th I'm doing a medicinal drinks workshop at the Hunger Mtn Coop at 6:30 pm.
Classes! Please contact me if you'd like to schedule a class. We have a date scheduled for a class the weekend of Nov 6th - so let me know if you'd like to be a part of that class. It will be an introductory raw food class.

RECIPE TIME!
Big thick yummly green smoothie - serves 1
by me (Linda Wooliever)
* 1 cup or more of fresh, local, organic blueberries
* 2 cups fresh almond milk (go here to learn how to make your own nut milk)
* 1 cup water
* 1 scoop Sun Warrior protein powder
* 1 rounded tsp Spirulina or 1/2 tsp Elixir of the Lake
* 1 rounded TBSP vitamineral green
* 1 squirt coconut nectar
Blend ingredients in the Vitamix. Serve and enjoy. (Remember to chew your smoothie! Chew your drink and drink your food.) 8-)
