Pink Smoothie

Serves 4-6 This is a great smoothie with or without the tahini.


  • Serves 4-6
  • 2-3 bananas
  • 1 cup local fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 squirt of lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup raw tahini
  • Drizzle of local raw honey or (non-local, lower glycemic) agave
  • Water
Preparation Fill VitaMix pitcher with the first 6 ingredients and add enough filtered water to reach the 6 or 7 cup mark. Blend on low and switch to high for a few seconds. Pour into your favorite glasses and enjoy!
