Raw yogurt

1 cup raw cashews 1 cup frozen mangos (fresh would work too) 1 tsp honey 1 tiny squeeze of lemon 1 1/2 cups water (start with a cup and add more if necessary) In the Vita-Mix, blend everything until smooth. Pour in a bowl. Emily decorated the yogurt with more sliced bananas but wished she had strawberries. We skewered the fruit onto clean "stickebob toothpicks" as Emily called them. We all ate and enjoyed a very awesome snack and I thanked Emily for coming up with the good idea to make that today. She is very full of great ideas!
