Todd's Waldorf Supreme
This recipe came to me from my friend Terry. She made this for us when we attended Alissa's class a couple year's ago. This was the best tasting thing I had had and I went home and made it like every day for like 2 weeks straight. I have modified the recipe a little bit. Enjoy! Ingredients
- 2 of your favorite apples, chopped
- 2 medium - large tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 ripe avocados, chopped
- 1 cup radishes, chopped
- sweet onion, chopped
- Small drizzle of olive oil
- Pinch of celtic sea salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Optional additions: Handful sprouts (alfalfa, radish, etc) 1 orange or red bell pepper, chopped
