this morning's juice was very tasty 4-5 big leaves of kale 1/2 european cuke 2 granny smith apples 2 stalks celery made 1 24 ounce juice. this afternoon's smoothie = kickass 6-7 big leaves of kale 3 ripe peaches 1 cup of fresh cherries, pitted water 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 scoops rice protein powder 2 TBSP vitamineral green 1 TBSP coconut oil blend and serve. This made almost a full pitcher in the vitamix (almost 64 ounces)
