Hello Fiddle Heads People!

Hoping you are well and happy!

Man! It seems like I was just writing how it was already June and here it is now JULY! Cripes! Where does the time go? Well we are busy little vegan bees here. I celebrated my 40th birthday in NJ with some family and friend peeps and my beloved momma ocean. I could have stayed another week, it was SOOOO relaxing and wonderful. JUST what the RAWctor ordered.

First week back and the weather has been super hot out. First time I'm really begging the rain gods for some rain. But really hot weather really makes one slowwwww down, so in hindsight, couldn't have asked for a better week back from vacation...

I've got some projects in the works. More on that later. This newsletter is just to list a recipe, another sale and some fun photos. Bear with me please as I send these photos. RECIPE TIME!
Since coming back from my trip, I've been LOVING my afternoon juices. Particularly on these hot days, it's been feeling great to drink lots of greens. It's perfect timing too, because gardens, CSAs and local farmers are harvesting a plethora of greens to choose from!

Tasty Green Juice - serves 1

* 1 large cucumber
* 2 stalks of celery
* 2 large apples
* big bunch of kale (or radish greens, or turnip greens, or beet greens, etc.)

Blend ingredients in the Vitamix. Add a bit of water if you need to to keep things moving nicely. Filter through a nut milk bag. Drink and enjoy.
