Happy Valentine's Day!
I wanted to send you some photos of this past week or two and wish you a very happy and raw chocolatey Valentine's day!
We've been getting in the swing of decluttering and organizing the space at the cafe. I'm very excited to be putting space to better use and clearing out the things we just don't need. Isn't that the perfect thing to do while we are just getting into the new year?
We also have many more SALES on the website (and even more in the store) to celebrate the fun days. It's been busy at the cafe with internet orders and wholesale orders and we are very grateful to you all for stopping by (either physically or virtually) and supporting us and yourselves with some great healthful, awesome and/or artsy-fartsy products. (Alissa's new book is in, too)
We have a Raw Lasgna workshop this Thursday. Please send me an email if you are interested in joining us for fun.
Please contact me if you'd like to join us for more raw food classes. We're going to be doing another Level 1 class in April and we have plans for a sprouting class. We need to schedule dates so lemme know if you are gonna come.

Superchocolate goji lemon bar

Superchocolate goji lemon bar

- 2 cups of goji berries
- 2 cups of cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 2 cups grated raw cacao butter
Add everything to a Vitamix blender and blend until smooth. Pour into any mould and put in the fridge to set.
