I've been wanting to get a newsletter out for a couple weeks now. I hope this finds you well and happy.
I wanted to share a couple fun things with you. First is an interview that I did with the RAWkin Raw Vegan, Celeste. It was great fun to do and I hope you find it a good read: http://wholefoodeater.wordpress.com/2010/07/17/talkin-raw-with-linda-wooliever-vermont-fiddle-heads/
Also last week we were in the local paper. I will post up the spread as it looks SO much nicer in the actual paper but am sharing the link as well so's you can read online: http://www.timesargus.com/article/

This week's special at the cafe: Local Organic Zucchini Pasta with fresh, organic marinara sauce. I really love this stuff. I grew up with Italian neighbors who's momma knew how to cook like an angel. She made marinara sauce that was out of this world. I love my marinara sauce because it's WAY easier to make and tastes just as delicious. This sauce has fresh local organic basil in it. YUM! The best part is watching and hearing people eat this. I LOVE when non raw people come in and tell me they are so surprised that the food here tastes so delicious. DOUBLE YAY! That gives me nice warm fuzzies!
RECIPE TIME!
