Blueberry Pie Smoothie

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 fuyu persimmons
  • 10 oz frozen blueberries
  • 3 naval oranges
  • 3 stalks celery (or 1 heaping tsp of VitaMineral Green)
  • 1 scoop Sun Warrior protein powder
Preparation Place all ingredients in the VitaMix and blend until smooth. This is a DELICIOUS smoothie recipe. It tastes like the best blueberry pie filling you've ever had. If you use a bit less water, this makes a thick pudding that you can eat with a spoon. REMEMBER to chew your smoothies! This is a dreamy smoothie and it makes a LOT. Filled up the whole pitcher. Matt and I split this and had it for lunch. Today Matt ate all the celery so I used a heaping tsp of VitaMineral Green and it was just as delicious. ENJOY!
