Lil Ghost Candies

This was just too cute to pass up. I found this on and I modified it just a bit. Enjoy.


  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup really raw peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • agave nectar, to taste
  • raisins or currants for the eyes
Preparation Place all ingredients except for raisins/currants into food processor and blend. Be careful not to use too much agave, or your ghosts will turn brown. Next shape the mixture into little lumps. For the eyes, press currants into the lumps toward the top, or pinch raisins in half to make them smaller. I couldn’t resist using a ton to make a Charlie Brown! Then dehydrate over night at 105 degrees (optional).
