Serves 2-4 depending on how hungry you are.
The winter for me is a good time to play with superfoods. When the temperature is in the minus degrees and the sun is not so bright, it's good to have these extra superfoods to supplement our meals. I have fun each morning when I play with my smoothies. I make a similar smoothie for lunch sometimes but remove the tocotrienols, maca and bee pollen and add a head of red leaf lettuce. This is a yummy smoothie recipe and very satisfying in the morning. Gets you really up and going for the day.
